I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Buraq Tyres that I felt it was worth sharing. On my birthday, while travelling to the Lake District through Lancaster, I hit a severe pothole on an A-road which caused my front driver-side tyre to blow out instantly. Thankfully, I wasn’t on the motorway at the time. After searching online, I was being quoted up to £500 for a single replacement tyre, which was extremely frustrating given the situation. I then contacted Buraq Tyres, and they immediately stood out. They offered a very reasonable price for a brand-new tyre and gave me an estimated arrival time of 45 minutes. To my surprise, they arrived exactly when promised. Zain kept me updated throughout by sharing his live location via WhatsApp, which was incredibly reassuring. Once they arrived, Wakas and Rizwan quickly replaced the tyre, balanced everything properly, and thoroughly checked the vehicle to ensure it was completely safe to continue my journey. The professionalism, efficiency, and customer service from these young professionals were outstanding from start to finish.
